For todays exercise you will need paper and pen. I want you to list the happiest moments in your life. Things like that 5th birthday party, your graduation dance, wedding, anything you can remember where you were truly happy!

Look over your list. A few of these should really stand out with one or two possibly bringing a tear of joy to your eyes, these are your happiest memories and they can be used as your ‘[tag]Happy Thoughts[/tag]‘. When you are feeling down, just remember one of these moments, and your life at the moment will start to look much better!
