Easy Meditation

If the breathing technique works for you then meditation will come easy to you. When you reach the point that your breath in and out is all white just stay there and relax. Different thoughts will try to creep into your mind, just gently push them aside and focus on relaxing.

I use this method a lot to go to sleep when my mind won’t just quit on it’s own. You know the feeling I’m sure. You lay your head down and your mind just goes nuts with thoughts…just breath deeply and relax. Focus on breathing in the white air and out with the gray. When you stop visualizing stay in the same position and just relax as long as possible, at least a couple of minutes.

If you can’t quite get the breathing technique just close your eyes and repeat your first name as your mantra, to yourself, not out loud just quietly in your head. Focus on saying your name over and over, ignore any other thoughts that try to push their way in. Continue this until you feel relaxed and enjoy it. When you stop saying your mantra / stay in the same position and just relax as long as possible, at least a couple of minutes.
